MU-SE is an emulsion of selenium-tocopherol for the prevention and treatment of Selenium-Tocopherol Deficiency (STD) syndrome in weanling calves and breeding beef cows. Each mL contains: Active ingredients: Selenium (as sodium selenite) 5 mg, Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, USP) 68 IU. Preservative: benzyl alcohol 0.02 mL (2 % v/v). Inactive ingredients: polysorbate-80 250 mg, water for injection q.s. Sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid may be added to adjust pH.
